Overlooking the Nile
Relaxed bohemian interiors create a warm, nature-led setting for a luxury wellness retreat in Aswan. Designed for families and groups, Sela Villa brings the outdoors inside through floor-to-ceiling windows, natural linen fabrics, a private garden and views across the Nile and surrounding gardens.
The villa’s Egyptian-made furniture, natural materials and comfortable seating create a grounded setting for guests who want to rest, reconnect and enjoy the wider experience of The Zen Wellness Resort, including its wellness programmes and restorative experiences. Shared amenities include writing desks, free high-speed Wi-Fi, personal electronic safes and fully stocked minibars.
Ground Floor:
On the ground floor, generous shared living spaces lead out to a private garden with views across the River Nile. Floor-to-ceiling windows connect the living spaces with the landscape, giving families and groups a relaxed place to gather between wellness programmes, dining and time spent exploring the resort.
The state-of-the-art lounge includes an indoor swing and writing desk, creating a quiet corner for reading, reflection or working during a longer wellness retreat.
First Floor:
The first floor includes three ensuite bedroom settings, allowing guests to share the villa while keeping separate spaces to rest.
The Superior Room measures 33 sqm and includes two queen-size beds. The Deluxe Room measures 38 sqm and includes a king-size bed. Both rooms have balconies with views towards the Nile.
The third room includes a king-size bed and a garden-view balcony. It is positioned beside a children’s sitting room furnished with a desk, chair and cushioned lounging pouf, giving families a practical space for younger guests.
Natural textures continue throughout the bedrooms, with locally handmade carpets, considered lighting and carefully selected accessories. The rooms offer a calm place to unwind after a day of wellness, spa or fitness experiences at the resort.
Second Floor:
The second floor leads to a casual lounge with comfortable seating and a 55-inch LED television. From here, guests can step onto the grand terrace overlooking the Nile and beautiful gardens.
The terrace includes a handmade bamboo dining table and outdoor lounge. It is suited to relaxed meals, morning coffee and quiet evenings after time spent enjoying wellness programmes, spa treatments or other experiences at The Zen Wellness Resort.
